Please include the email address connected to your MChost account. We may ask for confirmation to protect your account from accidental or unauthorized deletion.
What will be deleted
- Your MChost account identifiers connected to Google Sign-In.
- Server metadata stored by MChost, such as generated relay addresses, settings, and session records where possible.
- Support records that are no longer required.
- Premium entitlement cache where it is not needed for legal, payment, or abuse-prevention purposes.
What may be retained
Some data may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, or compliance reasons. Google Play purchase history is managed by Google Play and may remain in your Google account according to Google policies.
Local server files
Account deletion does not automatically delete files stored only on your Android device. To remove local server worlds and app files, delete servers inside the app, clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall MChost.
Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, payment, or abuse-prevention needs.
